REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 3 packages of 4 weeks, 12 weeks and 24 weeks are available for personal training.

  • Nutritional Consultation, Meal plan deal, pre recorded workout videos, diet chart subscriptions, 4 week programme purchase are non refundable, non exchangeable and non transferable.

  • If the users are not content with their current Coach they can request for a mentor switch prior within the same programme of their purchase by contacting us through the Contact Support in the App Setting .

  • A refund can be initiated for only 12 week and 24 week subscription programme in no less than a week of purchasing. The users should validate the reasons on the official email id info@fitbasix.com for the same.

  • Users can also request a cancellation of their current subscription by contacting us through a direct mail at info@fitbasix.com or by raising a ticket within the app. Settings-Cancel Subscription

  • Cancellation is only approved if the ticket has been raised and application submitted within 7 days of purchasing a plan and updated with a valid reason consider on the grounds of

    • Inapposite Trainer

    • Not being able to continue with allocated time

    • Bad experience

    • Others

  • Once approved the cancellation will immediately be taken to effect.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

* No cancellation will be taken into consideration if it is not posted within a week of payment and an application submitted to the the direct mail with a genuine reason.

* Refunds shall be made to the given/associated bank account within 15 working days of receipt of the refund request.
